Ahi Tuna with a Lemon Butter Glaze

We seem to be eating a lot of rice lately, so I keep trying to find other things to have as a side to our main dish or protein. We like beans, all varieties, and keep trying to find great ways to eat them. I like garbanzo beans (chick peas) so I threw them in with some fresh sugar snap peas, onions, mushrooms, and carrots. I sautéed them in canola oil, and added the garbanzo beans when the vegetables were almost done. I used canned garbanzo beans with no salt added.
